Do drivers need special phones or equipment?

No. The ZuTapp® app runs on iPhone and Android. Drivers tap an NFC tag, or scan a printed QR card with the phone’s camera – so any smartphone will do.

How long does it take to set up?

Can we use our own checklist?

What happens if a driver skips a checkpoint?

Every walkaround records which checkpoints and items were missed. Issues show on the dashboard against that bus, and walkarounds not done in their time window are flagged too.

Who gets told when something fails?

Whoever you choose. Each walkaround has its own list of email recipients, and you decide whether they hear about every check or only failures.

Do I need telematics?

No – walkarounds work on their own. Connecting Navman telematics adds the live fleet map and alerts when a bus leaves the depot without a pre-start.
